3M™ Performance Plus Duct Tape 8979 is a premium-grade duct tape designed for demanding indoor and outdoor applications requiring durability, clean removal, and long-term performance.

With a total thickness of 11.5 mil (0.29 mm), it features a strong polyethylene film over cloth scrim backing that resists tearing, moisture, and environmental wear.

This tape is engineered for clean removal with little or no adhesive residue for up to six months and maintains performance even after extended outdoor exposure.
