Avery Dennison® FT 3075 is a flame retardant silicone transfer tape engineered for demanding EV battery pack and electrical insulation applications. Utilizing Flame Tough™ silicone adhesive, it provides exceptional bonding performance on difficult-to-bond materials including silicone foams, PTFE, and other low surface energy substrates.
Designed for applications requiring both flame resistance and high-temperature performance, FT 3075 helps composites meet UL 94 flammability requirements while maintaining strong adhesion under demanding operating conditions. Its silicone adhesive technology delivers excellent creep resistance and long-term performance in elevated temperature environments.
FT 3075 is commonly used in EV battery assemblies, thermal management systems, electrical insulation components, and flame retardant bonding applications where conventional acrylic adhesives may not provide sufficient performance.
