3M™ UHMW Polyethylene Tape 5430 is a durable UHMW-PE film tape designed to reduce friction, prevent wear, and eliminate squeaks and rattles in moving parts and assemblies.

With a total thickness of 7.4 mil (0.19 mm), it provides a tough, long-lasting protective surface for applications involving sliding, impact, or vibration.

Its low coefficient of friction—second only to PTFE—combined with excellent abrasion resistance makes it ideal for applications where lubrication is not possible.
